After calling numerous towing companies—most of whom sounded like I had woken them up from a deep sleep and were miserable to talk to—I decided I didn’t want to do business with any of them. Then I called this company, and right away I knew these were the people I wanted to deal with. They were polite, friendly, and gave me a fair quote, unlike the others I had spoken to. The experience was flawless. My vehicle had broken down deep in my underground parkade, and they carefully and safely moved it out before loading it onto a flat deck with a winch. From there, we headed to my mechanic’s shop where the vehicle was dropped off for diagnosis and repair. I highly recommend this company. They deserve a solid 5 stars for friendliness, professionalism, and fair pricing. Great work, guys—I’ll definitely use your services again next time I’m in a pinch!nch.

Car conked out right in front of one of their tow trucks hah i believe in fate. Called them and the driver showed up 10 mins later. Nice guy he tried to troubleshoot. Tuesday at 2pm n drove 14 km to mechanic. Was charged $193.

The manager called me back and promptly addressed my concern. It’s not so much about having certain fees waived, but the fact that he took the initiative to resolve the issue the very same day. We need more businesses like this in the Lower Mainland. Best of luck.

I needed help with a couple of tows as my truck was not running. It wasn't a straight forward tow but the guys did a great job. Good clear communication with a positive attitude and the job was done successfully. They didn't try and rush it and made sure that the job was done well. Did not hesitate to call them back when I needed a second tow. Would highly recommend Towsquad.
