We work with established towing and roadside assistance companies operating throughout the Lower Mainland.
Members are informed of any additional charges before service is dispatched. Additional towing kilometres and services outside the membership plan are billed at preferred member rates.
Our dispatch team monitors the service call and provides updates regarding truck assignment and estimated arrival.
Roadside Link provides access to local assistance in Vancouver, Burnaby, New Westminster, Richmond, Surrey, Coquitlam, Port Coquitlam, Port Moody, Maple Ridge and surrounding communities.
Important Membership Conditions

Memberships require a 12-month commitment and may be paid monthly.

Membership benefits become active 72 hours after registration.

A vehicle that was already disabled before membership activation is not eligible for included membership benefits.

Immediate assistance may still be requested at the regular service rate or with an applicable same-day activation fee.

Membership coverage follows the registered member, who must be present when service is provided.

Valid identification, vehicle registration and active vehicle insurance may be required.

Membership benefits apply to eligible passenger vehicles and light-duty vehicles.

Commercial vehicles, heavy-duty vehicles, impounded vehicles, collision recovery, off-road recovery, storage charges, vehicle parts and mechanical repairs are not included unless stated otherwise.

Additional towing distance is charged at the current Roadside Link member rate.

One service incident counts as one roadside assistance call.

Unused service calls do not carry over into the following membership year.

Response times depend on traffic, weather, location, service demand and truck availability. Priority dispatch does not guarantee a specific arrival time.
